If you wish to enroll your child in our program, please complete the form and return it to our address, or drop it off at the school. Payment can be made with a check along with an application fee of $50, payable to MELC or through Zelle &#8211; info@melc-nj.com. Please note that a non-refundable deposit equaling 1 month\u2019s tuition will be due within 30 days of receipt of the acceptance letter.
